Job Corps graduate Dago continues to give back to his community as he advocates for the prevention of violence, aggression, and bullying. He serves as a police officer for the city of Kyle, Texas, and graduated from the Gary Job Corps Center. It is clear that his time at Job Corps made an impact on his life, and now he is influencing others to make education a priority and to take a stand against violence.
After graduation, Dago worked at the Travis State Jail and the Hays County Jail as a corrections officer and deputy. He currently works in the Kyle Police Department as the juvenile officer and as a background investigator and patrol officer. Recently, Dago was presented with a Law Enforcement Appreciation Award from the Gary Community Relations Council for his service to the community and his work with youth at risk.
